At Sure Cover Care Limited, our policies and procedures form the foundation of everything we do. They reflect our commitment to delivering safe, transparent, and person-centred care — fully aligned with CQC standards and current best practice guidelines.

Our policy library covers every aspect of how we operate — from how we recruit and train our staff, to how we plan and deliver care, manage risks, and continuously improve our services.

Policies are written by qualified professionals and reviewed against current legislation, CQC guidance, and sector best practice before publication.

Approve

Every policy is formally approved by our Registered Manager and senior leadership team before it becomes operational.

Communicate

Staff are informed of new and updated policies through supervision, team meetings, and mandatory training sessions.

Implement

Policies are embedded into day-to-day practice through training, care planning, and operational procedures across the organisation.

Review

All policies are reviewed at least annually — or immediately when legislation, regulation, or best practice guidance changes — and updated accordingly.
